Dr. Bob & Sue Ann Rogers
A Legacy of Love, Hope & Healing
Principal Executives Dr. Bob and Sue Ann Rogers are a special part of the Team Inspirit and Evolv family. They are friends, mentors, and leaders with an amazing, colorful history. A pioneer in his field, Dr. Bob was a renowned doctor that put natural therapies and preventative health on the map decades ago. He was, essentially, the founding father of using supplement-based nutrition to achieve a balanced, holistic health. Sue Ann was at his side every step of the way. Together, this pioneering couple has faced incredible challenges
yet overcome them with dignity, grace, loving hearts
and leadership.
A Visionary, Ahead of His Time
Dr. Bob and Sue Ann ran a practice together for over 39 years (Dr. Bob for 52 years), helping people feel better through a natural approach. Dr. Bob recommends proper diet, exercise, and a personalized natural health plan for each patient, and they've helped many people over the years.
"They compared him to Pasteur and other great physicians in that he was ahead of his time," states Sue Ann proudly. "[He] paved the way for other preventative health physicians across the whole country, so many people have been helped."
Behind Every Good Man...
Sue Ann has lovingly supported her husband through the years, even when times got tough. The love between the two is truly lasting and strong. Due to personal reasons, Dr. Bob and Sue Ann closed their practice, but the two remain positive and close.
"I had the privilege of working with my husband for 39 years," beams Sue Ann, "and together we've seen literally thousands of people regain their health. And we've truly seen a number of miracles in the years we've been together."
"Behind every good man is a better woman!" beams Dr. Bob. "You know, we have a little sailboat in our bathroom and it reads, 'You put the wind in my sails.' And it's TRUE!"
The Decision to Evolv
After the close of their practice, Dr. Bob and Sue Ann were introduced to Evolv through Team Inspirit. The decision was tough due to emotional, physical and financial stress, but one morning, while reading, Sue Ann had a revelation.
"One morning," Sue Ann recalls, "I picked up a book and [read] a story of Moses. He was pleading for God's help to spare the Israelites one last time, as they'd turned back to worshipping idols, and Moses was up on the mountain praying to God for guidance. Moses asks and pleads with God to show him His face. God said He could not do that, because no man saw His face and lived. He placed Moses on a rock and covered Moses' eyes with His hand. As He was moving past, He removed His hand and then Moses saw with his own eyes the back of God!
"And as I read that, a light bulb came on, and a deep peace settled over me, one I cannot explain. God was saying to me that this was the right thing to do and that He would go before us and go behind us and stand with us in this venture with Evolv. That has empowered me more than you will ever know!
"It was a very difficult time for us, in many ways," says Sue Ann, "but it turned out to be a huge blessing because Garrett and Sylvia and the other leaders on the Team Inspirit leadership team became involved with Evolv. That's how we knew about this company! We've been regrouping since the close of the office the past few months and would consider ourselves 'part-time distributors' right now.
"We've always been givers and we continue to give the gift of health to many people now through Evolv. We've been lucky enough to have Dr. Gene Stewart and Dennis Nordquist as mentors, so it doesn't get any better than that! Bob and I absolutely embraced Evolv because we realized the timing was right for us. It's exactly where we needed to be."
True Believers
Not only are Dr. Bob and Sue Ann excited to become a part of the Evolv team, but they've noticed changes in their lives from drinking the Evolv water personally. Sue Ann's noticed huge improvements with her serious digestive issues during the first ten days she started drinking Evolv, and Dr. Bob's felt a tremendous difference as well.
"At 85 years of age," says Dr. Bob, "I'm making efforts here in my 'second childhood' to restore and repair some 'broken parts' in me that have occurred over the years and Evolv has been a blessing!"
Part of the Team, Part of the Family
Dr. Bob and Sue Ann listen to every Team Inspirit call, and they've reached Principal Executive as a result of their leadership and their loving hearts.
"There's a quote by Judy Garland that for some reason just resonates with me," Sue Ann shares, "'Always be a first-rate version of yourself rather than a second-rate version of someone else.'
In order to be successful, you have to be yourself, but you also have to have mentoring to become the best YOU that you can be! And for that, I would encourage everybody to get on the Morning Motivation Calls. Get on the daily Morning Calls to really develop your skills of being a 'Servant Leader' (as opposed to a 'self-serving leader').
And then be in activity daily, with consistency. Do your best and encourage others to do and become their best.
"We really consider Evolv a family since we've been back from the Summit. I also want to share that the people we work with, whether they're in California, Atlanta, Arkansas, we deeply care for each one and want them to grow and we wouldn't be where we are if it wasn't for those team members. I've been listening to Garrett's calls and Sylvia's calls for close to two years now, and I wouldn't be who I am today, both as a person and in this company, if it hadn't been for these calls. Their dedication, they are just untiring in their efforts to help everyone. If you just duplicate what they tell you, we'll all make it to the top!"
Advice From Dr. Bob
"You got to have a 'WHY'," Dr. Bob insists kindly. "Make darn sure that you keep that evermore in your mind, that this is not just about money, although money allows you to get your why and do your why, but you got to have a strong, believable, worthwhile, passionate WHY that you're doing this [for]. If you don't, it won't ever be what it could be. It has to be a dream big enough that it's near impossible, but you just keep believing, and it drives you to achieve more and inspires others. You keep on believing and it gets bigger and bigger, and any obstacle that pops up over time just melts into the background until the dream is all you see and all that matters. Go for it! We are here and we love it!"
