"We saw the value of running full steam ahead through the summer when others might be slowing down. We felt like the contest would be a perfect way for us to create and keep the momentum (the 'Big Mo') going throughout the summer and up to the National Evolv event in November. We achieved this through a group effort – like everything in this business! We cannot thank Garrett and Sylvia enough for the help they gave us in 'seeing it, sharing it, and supporting it' with our team. We were able to move folks into the rank advancements they needed and move ourselves forward in the process.

We realized that, as the leaders of our team, it would be a huge motivator for our group to see us on the Top 50 Leader Board. In a very tangible way, we could lead by example. We are encouraging our team to strive for being on the Leader Board. We know that regardless of the outcome of the Million Reasons To Evolv contest in November, they will position themselves to achieve the financial freedom we are all seeking. By seeing us up there, hopefully, they know that we are not asking them to do anything we are not doing ourselves and that they can be there, too!

The biggest thing to remember is that you can put points on the board by helping your team. Look into your organization and see where you can help people to move forward. This way, the effort does not feel as if it is solely up to you to score all the points to get on the board. Also, anyone can get on the board – you don’t have to score that many points. If you make a goal to sign up a few people with a Visionary Pack… that might just get you in the Top 50! GO FOR IT!"

"There have been some bonuses out there, but what makes this real special is that it's really anybody's million bucks. It's not just the heavy hitters in this industry – a brand-new person can come in and do it. I've got someone doing it right now, and we'll see her pop up there soon! But I think it's anybody's contest. It's very fair. It's anybody’s million bucks!

I need systems – I'm a systems guy. So with the contest, it was perfect timing! It couldn't have been any better. I just plugged into the system, they announced the contest, and I got so excited because it motivated me even more to kick up my recruiting efforts – I had brought in a good number of people, but this just inspired me even further. The timing was perfect! I went to work marketing and recruiting and getting myself on the Top 50 Leaders Board!

First off, quitting's not an option. The only way to fail in this business is to quit. Second is taking massive action, introducing the opportunity, whether it's in somebody's living room or a coffee shop, or however you choose to get in front of people. I always say it - exposing the business to as many people as possible is key. Show them and sample the product in the living room, make sure they see the videos and the information. And make sure you follow up, too! You have to make sure you introduce the person you're talking to to your upline, whether it's locally, or in a 3-way call scenario. Make sure they understand there's a support and a team mechanism here with Evolv and especially with Team Inspirit. NEVER QUIT – MASSIVE ACTION!"
